Qualification for "CIOS", a Dutch outdoor adventure education, as a sports and fitness instructor & coordinator;  with the following specialism:
science of training & first aid,
mountain biking,
rock climbing,
hiking and orientation with map & compass,
kayaking,
group dynamics.

14 years experience in organizing and guiding individuals & groups in outdoor adventure activities on land, ocean, river and lake in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Portugal. Extensive experience with primary, secundary and high schools, governments, small company teams & multi national management training programmes.
