Before booking an
activity with OUTDOOR-TOURS.COM, Lda, please
make sure that you understand and agree to all
our terms and conditions. Once your payment is
entered and accepted, it is understood that you
have read, acknowledged and agreed to all our
terms and conditions. |

Acceptance of booking |
|
|
Your order has
not been accepted or confirmed until you receive
an e-mail from us stating that your payment has
been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse
orders for any reason we see fit. |

Privacy |
|
|
Our clients’
privacy and security is important to us and we
will not distribute, sell or share your data to
any third parties. Other than for booking
fulfilment, your e-mail address details will
only be used to send our newsletters or other
promotional information from us, unless you
specify otherwise.
Should you
wish to have your contact details removed from
our database, please send an e-mail to
info@outdoor-tours.com, or letter to Sitio
das Boiças, EN 125, cci 900, P-8500-132
Mexilhoeira Grande, informing us of your
intention.
Our payment service can be done via
Pay Pal.
This
a secure Internet paying system. Therefore, your
card details will never be disclosed to us. Any
irregularities or complaints must be resolved
directly by Pay Pal. |

Booking fulfilment |
|
|
Payments should
be done upon arrival in cash unless we have
informed you by written confirmation, payment
can be done otherwise. In case you wish to
receive a receipt from the your payment, please
inform us.
Booking conditions OUTDOOR-TOURS.COM, Lda:
-
after receiving a reservation OUTDOOR-TOURS.COM,
Lda will invoice the total amount;
-
the reservation will be confirmed by the
time OUTDOOR-TOURS.COM, Lda received a
deposit of 30 % for the total cost of the
reservation;
-
the deposit has to be equal to or higher
than the costs of the invoiced
accommodation;
-
the balance of the reservation is due no
later than 14 days prior to the start of the
programme;
-
in case the cost of the invoiced
accommodation exceeds the deposit received
by the client, 3) will apply only after 42
days before the start of the programme.

Cancelling orders |
|
|
Should you have to cancel the reservation, for
whatever reason, notification in writing is to
be given to OUTDOOR-TOURS.COM, Lda and the
following charges will apply:
Days before departure --- cancellation amount
shown as % of total cost of reservation:
-
more than 42 days; 30 % with a minimum equal
to the costs of the invoiced accommodation;
-
between 14 and 42 days; 70 % with a
minimum equal to the costs of the invoiced
accommodation;
-
up to 14 days; 100 %.

Safety |
|
|
Although we will
take every care to keep our web site free from
any virus or any other harmful content, which
may cause damage to your computer, we cannot be
held responsible if any such damage occurs. We
advise that you take the same reasonable
precautions before downloading information from
our site that you would from any other
trustworthy site. |

Disputes |
|
|
Our company
operates and is registered in Portugal.
Therefore, the client agrees and understands
that only Portuguese law will apply in the event
of any disagreements or legal disputes. |
